This is a another piece of salvaged wood, it had a really cool dark streak so I made a display stand for smaller art out of it. Lots of types of art work in it but it is lighter than many of my other stands so I wouldn't recommend anything to tall or to heavy. It works great for flat canvas art, fused or stained glass.
It measures 4 1/8 inches wide by 2 1/8 inches deep and 1 3/4 inches tall. The slot that holds the art is about 1/4 inches wide. (that's 3 quarters) Please check the thickness of your piece at its thickest point before ordering.
I stained it with a dark brown finish and a low sheen polyurethane.
These fit on some window sills and will hold thin metal signs too.
