This is a reclaimed wood display stand for art, fused glass or stained glass. It is made from salvaged/reclaimed walnut wood. This one is truly unique it is the left over piece from another artists walnut and epoxy table. The front of this piece shows the beautiful walnut grain while the back has a lighter colored grain and the black epoxy showing. There are some voids but I've sanded it smooth.(see pics)
It measures 4 5/8 inches wide by 3 inches deep and 2 1/8 inches tall. The slot that holds the art is a bit under 3/16th of an inch wide. (that's 3 quarters) Some foiled stained glass will fit but 1/4 lead or zinc came pieces will not. Please check the thickness of your piece at its thickest point before ordering.
I stained it with a natural finish and a low sheen polyurethane.
