This is a tea light candle display stand. These work great for both fused glass and stained glass as well as other transparent art like resin, acrylic, or plexiglass. (and probably lots of others) I finished it with a medium stain and a low sheen polyurethane.
It is made from salvaged/reclaimed wood from a old house. It still has some nail holes from it's previous life which I have left. (pic from side shows them)
It measures 3 1/4 inches wide by 4 5/8 inches deep and 1 1/4 inches tall. The slot that holds the art is a tiny bit more than 3/16 of an inch wide. (that's 3 nickels) Please check the thickness of your piece at its thickest point before ordering.
The display comes with a glass candle holder that fits in the hole on the display and a battery operated tea light.
