This is a wide slot display stand for art, fused glass or stained glass. It is made from salvaged lumber from an old barn that I picked up at my local salvage place. It has had a rough life and I left a lot of it showing. It also has lots of worm holes and a couple of nail holes. I stained it with a dark stain and a low sheen polyurethane.
It measures 4 7/8 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches deep and 1 7/8 inches tall. On one side the slot that holds the art is about 3/16 wide(that's 3 pennies) flip it over and the other slot is a bit less than 1/4 inches wide. (that's 4 quarters). Some foiled stained glass will fit but 1/4 lead or zinc came pieces will not. Please check the thickness of your piece at its thickest point before ordering.
