This art display stand is made from a piece of live edge hickory(I think) I picked up at my local salvage place. Whatever wood it is it had beautiful lines and grain so I used a pecan stain to really bring it out.
I sealed it with a low sheen polyurethane.
This piece is slightly deeper on one end than the other.(see pic on blue ruler mat)
It measures 6 1/2 inches wide by 4 inches deep by 1 1/4 inches tall. The slot on one side is a bit under 3 /16 inch wide(that's 3 pennies) Please measure the thickest part of your artwork to determine fit.
